Selection and preparation of ingredients

- Structure. The surface of the fungus should not be slippery, but a bit dull.
Product preparation consists of several points. First you need to rinse and clean the mushrooms from dirt. After that, they are soaked in clean salted water for 20 minutes to get rid of bitterness.
Before you prepare various dishes from mushrooms, you should dry them on a napkin. The more liquid there is on the fruit bodies, the fresher the dish will be.

- Put vegetables and both types of mushrooms in a hot pan. Sauté until golden with vegetable and butter.
- Add thyme, salt, pepper to them. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add 1 liter of clean water.
- Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Pour the flour thoroughly to prevent lumps from forming.
- Pour in the wine and cream. Mix well.
- Boil for another 10 minutes.
- Serve the soup hot, after decorating it with chopped parsley.

- Clean the mushrooms from dirt and foreign objects.
- Cut them into thick plates.
- Place on a baking sheet and place in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours. The temperature should be within + 50 ° C.
- When the mushrooms dry out and decrease in size, spread them on one baking sheet and put in the oven for 1.5 hours at a temperature of + 70 ° C.
- After the specified time, make the temperature + 60 ° C and place for another 2 hours.
- Arrange the dried mushrooms in containers where they will be stored all the time until they are used for making any recipes.

- Combine the nuts with the mushrooms and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

- Fresh or infused mushrooms need to be finely chopped.
- Cut the onion into small cubes.
- Heat a pan with butter. Fry mushrooms and onions on it. You need to cook them for at least 10 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, add salt, pepper.
- Pour in the cream and simmer all the ingredients for 10 minutes.
- Put boiled potatoes on the bottom of the plate, and on top lay a little onion with shiitake.
