Due to weather changes, some farmers faced the need for reseeding. As farmers of the West of the country report, the biggest losses from the vagaries of the weather were suffered by the farms of the Ternopil region, as well as the Zolochevsky district of the Lviv region and the Korosten district of the Zhytomyr region.

Heavy rainfall with hail swept through these regions. Respondents from the above mentioned settlements said that so far they are not able to estimate and calculate losses.

At the same time, they noted that their sown area was partially flooded, winter was destroyed by hail, and the crops of peas, corn and sunflower were partially washed away. Farmers affected by the weather plan to reseed, but they will take over after the weather is good.

At the same time, agrarians of other parts of Western Ukraine did not report a deterioration in the condition of their crops and rated it as satisfactory.
