Why should the management of a large holding company monitor the emotions of their subordinates and why does the employer hire professional psychologists for the staff? According to experts from recruitment agencies, the answer lies in the area of high profits.
The top managers of Mironovsky bakery product decided to apply an innovative methodology for monitoring emotions. The leaders of the holding are trying to bring labor productivity to a new level, for which they installed CCTV cameras in the offices.
“Yes, all our employees work under cameras,” says Yuri Kosyuk, head of the agricultural holding’s board. “But this is only so that we can notice the unfortunate workers on time.” And do everything so that they change their psycho-emotional state for the better! ”
According to Kosyuk, happy workers are efficient workers. He learned about this by becoming acquainted with the latest research of modern scientists. And now, with the staff of Mironovsky bakery, who are experiencing personal drama or depression, psychologists and personnel specialists are doing thorough work.
“By joint efforts, unhappy employees and professional psychologists are trying to eliminate the negative from life,” the agriholding management reports. “If the situation does not change, we will replace employees.”
In order not to be unfounded, Kosyuk on the example of two cases explains the effectiveness of this technique:
“Over the course of several months, we saw through a surveillance camera that one of the workers was gaining weight confidently. When professionals talked to him, they managed to find out that the only happiness in the life of such an employee was eating. It became clear that the employee was demotivated. And obviously, he takes a position that would help another person achieve more. Another employee was in the same position for many years and could not find a common language with his subordinates. We had a conversation with him and eventually transferred to another department to another position. There he managed to unleash his potential and “fly up” even higher! ”
Kosyuk is confident that the timely replacement of workers who cannot cope with their duties is the key to success. “Sorry for such experiments. But check for yourself that this works, ”the head of Mironovsky bakery product is convinced.
Note that this agricultural holding is one of the largest producers of poultry meat in Ukraine. Chicken meat "MHP" is in high demand not only on the trading floors of Ukraine, but also on the European market.
