Cases of undeclared labor are most often observed in industries such as construction, trade, industry, hotel and restaurant business, as well as agriculture in Ukraine. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Labor Service Roman Chernega.

Entrepreneurs of these industries are doing their best to reduce the amount of funds for paying taxes. In particular, they do not document labor relations with their subordinates, says Roman Chernega.

Recall that the average salary of an employee engaged in agriculture in 2018 was at the level of UAH 7,166 thousand, which is 24% higher than the figure for 2017.

In 2018, over 25 thousand people were identified who were hired by the agricultural sector without proper registration. Careless employers were fined a total of 1 billion 700 thousand UAH.
