It became known that the head of the Nizhny Novgorod enterprise pays his subordinates wages not in money but in meat.
We are talking about the general director of the joint-stock company Rumyantsevskoye, who, having paid for the labor of his employee with meat products, became a participant in the lawsuit. However, the investigation process led to the fact that the employer in no way violated the current legislation of the Russian Federation by paying for the services of his subordinate with meat.
Note that the second protagonist of this epic was a resident of the Dalnekonstantinovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region. He worked in the production shops of Rumyantsevskoye JSC, and when he decided to quit the enterprise, instead of cash payments, he was given out in full 80% of his salary in money, and 20% in meat.
The ex-employee of the event was incredibly surprised at this turn of events, and soon the regional state labor inspectorate was informed about the incident. Agency experts recorded a deduction from wages and began an investigation. The company from which the employee quit did not interfere with the investigation process and, in every possible way, provided all the necessary documentation. As a result, the experts came to the conclusion that the actions of the employer are fully consistent with the current laws of the Russian Federation and that the management of Rumyantsevskoye JSC did nothing wrong.
