Alexander Burkov, who heads the regional administration of the Omsk region, was the first to be honored to taste a unique product.

We are talking about a giant loaf of sausage, which was released under the name "Imperial". According to eyewitnesses of the presentation of the sausage and its tasting, such a history of the region has not yet seen.

To roughly represent the scale of a colossal sausage, you can take into account the delicacy parameters. So, it is known that the length of the "Imperial" is about one and a half meters. The diameter of the sausage reaches thirty centimeters. And her weight is one hundred and thirty kilograms.

According to the manufacturers of such a record-high majestic sausage, not so many ingredients were required to create it. But their mass is impressive: about sixty kilograms of beef, about fifty kilograms of pork meat, as well as bacon and a specially selected set of seasonings and spices.

It is reported that in the process of making gigantic sausage, two dozen people took part. The founder of such a "big kitchen" was the Sibkolbas enterprise. The presentation was held as part of the AgroOmsk - 2019 exposition.

After the ceremonial tasting ceremony, the sausage was cut into many slices, from which sandwiches were prepared for two thousand visitors to the exhibition complex.
