Last year, the Gnidavsky sugar factory installed new pulp presses, which significantly reduced the amount of pulp falling into dumps, the press service of the enterprise said.

Sugar factory deputy chairman Alexander Nikishin says that last year there was almost no pulp in the dumps. The pulp will be well wrung out, and therefore of higher quality. It will be better stored and have more nutrients.

According to Alexander Nikishin, the company will continue to improve production according to European standards. It is also planned to develop the concept of drying pulp.

The Gnidavsky factory strives to achieve such a level of development as factories in Germany and Poland, where there is practically no pulp on the production territory. With the help of modernization, the company plans to reach the complete unloading of the filtration fields and their closure in the future.
