The Oktyabrsky District Court of the Poltava region elected a preventive measure for the manager of the company, Yulia Dyabina, who sold farmers nonexistent equipment.
On March 19, judge Larisa Golnik put her under house arrest that was not around the clock, as it became known from the register of court decisions and the official website of the court. The group consisted of seven individuals aged 28 to 44 years.
Fraudsters created about a dozen fictitious companies where, under the guise of selling agricultural equipment on the Internet, they lured money from the population. According to the cyber police of Ukraine, the group monthly enriched by 1 million UAH.
