The average yield per week is 18-36 kg of mushrooms. This is 40% more than conventional mushroom farms. At the same time, the growing process consumes 96% less water.
In addition to oyster mushrooms, Hericium erinaceus grows on the farm. Agrocybe cylindracea and shiitake. The company does not throw away the used substrate, but gives it to local enterprises for composting.
