Glaring violations of all hygiene and quality standards have been discovered in the Orenburg region. A local enterprise registered at a certain Abitaev and located in the village of Podolsk (Krasnogvardeisky district) was engaged in slaughtering and flaying of animal carcasses in conditions of total unsanitary conditions. The meat from this slaughterhouse entered the region's markets.

First of all, according to employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor, the enterprise does not have a fence, and there are no disinfection barriers. Inventory and other professional equipment of butchers has long been outdated and rusted. Production workshops are littered with dirty rags and skins of slaughtered cows.

Carcasses of animals of unknown origin were found in refrigeration units. And this is only a small fraction of the violations that the supervision revealed at Abitaev’s enterprise.

The court ruled the unfortunate entrepreneur to pay a fine of 40 thousand rubles to the state treasury. It is noted that during the proceedings in this case, the butcher and his team were quick to eliminate all identified violations.
